Structured care for chronic conditions (DMP)
We discuss your symptoms, previous findings and medication. DMP care includes scheduled checks. We will explain which programme may be suitable based on your condition and the participation requirements.
Internal medicine diagnostics
We assess the heart, circulation, internal organs and metabolism. Your symptoms and physical examination determine which diagnostic tests are appropriate.
Resting ECG
A resting ECG records the electrical activity of the heart. It shows the current heart rhythm and, depending on the findings, may provide indications of reduced blood flow or previous heart muscle damage.
24-hour blood pressure monitoring
This examination records blood pressure during the day and at night. It helps assess whether blood pressure is persistently elevated or mainly rises in the practice.
Lung function test
The test measures how well the lungs are ventilated. It may be useful for cough, shortness of breath or suspected asthma or COPD.
Laboratory tests
We interpret laboratory values together with your symptoms and previous findings and discuss possible next steps.

Long-term ECG
IGeL
A long-term ECG records the heart rhythm over several hours during everyday life. It may help detect intermittent rhythm disorders such as atrial fibrillation.
Ultrasound of the abdomen, lungs, thyroid and blood vessels
IGeL
Depending on the clinical question, ultrasound can assess abdominal organs, the thyroid, blood vessels and structures in the chest in real time.
Echocardiography
IGeL
Echocardiography assesses, among other things, pumping function and the heart valves. It may help narrow down possible causes of shortness of breath, dizziness or abnormal heart sounds.

People with statutory health insurance may use the check-up from age 35 every three years; between ages 18 and 34 it is available once. Included laboratory tests depend on age and risk profile. Please bring your vaccination record.
Family doctor-centred care programme (HZV)
We offer family doctor-centred care. Our practice is your first point of contact and coordinates further treatment where necessary.
Participation is voluntary and depends on your health insurer and the applicable contract. We explain the requirements and conditions personally.
